Before Help Arrives

Clear actions, not panic, for the first minutes of an emergency — at work, school, or home.

  • Scene safety and calling 911
  • Hands-only CPR and AED awareness
  • Choking, bleeding, gloves, and hygiene awareness
  • What information to share with 911 and EMS
  • Recognizing danger signs before a situation escalates

The first few minutes decide everything.

Bystanders help someone in cardiac distress and bring an AED
Restaurant staff respond to a collapsed guest and call 911
Daycare staff respond to a child while another brings the AED
Community learning

Training that stays calm, clear, and practical

Plain language, clear steps, and time to practice.

I'm Thomas Sutton, an instructor authorized to teach American Heart Association courses, and a BSN nursing student — Brazilian 🇧🇷, born and raised between Queens and the City, and at home in the communities I serve. I bring official AHA CPR, BLS, and First-Aid training to your daycare, office, or team — in English, Spanish, or both — so everyone trains hands-on and walks out confident. Because a CPR class is bigger than a card: you leave ready to save a life, and reminded your own is worth living fully.

BSN nursing studentI explain the why and the next step, clearly.
